3. Order Cancellations

- Store credits will be equal to the paid item value.

If more than 15 business days have passed since a cancellation approval, please contact us for assistance.
4. Freebies & Promotional Items
- Free promotional items are dispatched randomly.
- Color or model requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Freebies are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
- If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- Approved refunds are issued only as store credits.
- Store credits will be processed within 10 business days after approval.
