This Warranty & Sales Terms & Conditions document outlines the warranty coverage, limitations, and procedures applicable to products purchased from Gigabyte Store LK, operated by Gigabyte Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.

1. Warranty Coverage Period

Mobile Phones & Cellular Devices

  • Covered for 6 or 12 months, depending on the product.
  • Warranty duration is stated on:
  • The product description, or
  • The final purchase invoice.
  • Other Electronic Devices
  • Covered for 6 months, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or product listing.

Warranty coverage begins from the original date of purchase.

Β 2. Warranty Eligibility

β€’ Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

β€’ Warranty is non-transferable.

β€’ Proof of purchase (invoice and/or warranty card) must be presented when requesting warranty service.

3. Warranty Service & Repairs

During the warranty period, Gigabyte Store LK will:

β€’ Repair or replace defective components using new or factory-refurbished parts, at our discretion.

β€’ Perform repairs without charging for parts or labor, if the issue is covered under warranty.

All replaced components become the property of Gigabyte Store LK.

Note:

β€’ External housing, cosmetic parts, and accessories are not covered.

β€’ Repaired or replaced products are covered only for the remaining balance of the original warranty period.

Β 4. Costs & Transportation

β€’ All transportation, courier, and handling charges related to warranty claims are borne by the customer.

β€’ Gigabyte Store LK is not responsible for transit damage during courier delivery.

Β 5. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage will not apply in the following situations:

  • Physical damage, scratches, dents, cracks, or cosmetic wear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, abnormal use, liquid exposure, moisture, dust, sand, heat, or improper storage
  • Damage caused by excessive force or use of metallic objects on touchscreens
  • Serial number, IMEI, or identification labels removed or altered
  • Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation
  • Use of unauthorized chargers, accessories, or peripherals
  • Installation of unauthorized software, rooting, jailbreaking, or firmware modifications
  • Electrical damage, power surges, lightning, fire, floods, or natural disasters
  • Signal, network, software bugs, malware, or OS update related issues
  • Theft or loss of the product

6. Battery-Related Limitations

Battery issues are not covered if:

  • Charged using non-approved chargers
  • Battery seals are damaged or tampered with
  • Used with devices other than the intended product
  • Battery performance degradation occurs due to normal usage

Β 7. Smart Devices & Accessories

  • Smartwatch boot-loop issues caused by unsupported custom watch faces are not covered.
  • Power banks must not be discharged below 10% capacity, as permanent failure may occur and void warranty.

Β 8. Data Responsibility

Gigabyte Store LK is not responsible for data loss during diagnostics, repair, or replacement.

Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting devices for service.

Β 9. Defective or Incorrect Items on Delivery

  • Products must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
  • Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

10. Order Cancellations & Store Credits

  • Order cancellations must be requested via email.
  • Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been fulfilled or dispatched.
  • Approved cancellations will receive store credit only, issued within 48 hours.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations and exchanges are not permitted during sale or promotional periods.

Β 11. Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Notify Gigabyte Store LK of the issue.

2. Deliver or courier the product to our service location or authorized service center.

3. Customer bears all delivery costs.

If the issue is not covered:

  • The customer will be informed of repair costs before proceeding.
  • Gigabyte Store LK reserves the right to accept or decline warranty claims after inspection.

Β 12. Inspection & Processing Time

  • Initial inspection: 3–7 working days
  • Repair or replacement (if approved): up to 14 working days
  • Certain manufacturer-specific warranties (e.g. AppleCare) may require 30–45 working days

Β 13. Service Outside Warranty

Products submitted after warranty expiration will be handled under standard paid service terms.

Β 14. Limitations of Liability

Gigabyte Store LK and its service partners are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Business losses
  • Data loss
  • Delays beyond reasonable control

Warranty coverage is strictly limited to the terms outlined above.

Β 15. Policy Changes

Gigabyte Store LK reserves the right to modify warranty terms, product specifications, and service conditions without prior notice.
